This review may help others who are deciding whether to send their little ones into this nursery. Our daughter has been going to this since she was 9 months of age. She started in the yellow (baby), progressed through to the red (12-24 months) to the green (24-36 months) room. The care and attention she has received from the staff is outstanding. The staff have helped and cared for her when she has not been too well in the past.Lately, she has been receiving some brilliant care and attention in the green room to help her in her development. All the room leaders and staff seem to be experienced, knowledgeable and patient with children. Nadia is her current room leader. She takes extra interest in making sure that our daughter's development is on track. Emma is another room leader who is also brilliant and was close to our daughter when she was in baby room. My daughter is very fond of Hailey. The other room staff are brilliant as well. There are so many names I want to put down here because they all have been so good. The admin and management staff are also very good. You will always find a warm smile and greeting every time you pass them. Any concerns we may have are addressed immediately and promptly. Now our daughter loves to spend time in the nursery. We always find her playing, happy and smiling when we go to pick her up in the evening. We trust this nursery and it's staff when it comes to our daughter's well being. Our mind is always at ease thinking that our daughter is in safe professional hands while we are at work in the day.Definitely, would recommend Stepping Stones.
Some of our wonderful children in the Pre-School made some Christmas decorations for the PCCU ward at the QMC as part of our charity partnership with The Harley Jae Trust. The trustees were out in full force helping to decorate the ward and make it feel a bit more festive for all the families and staff. If you'd like to learn more about The Harley Jae Trust you can find more info on https://www.theharleyjaetrust.org/
