Our Team

At Stepping Stones, we regard ourselves as a highly motivated professional team and pride ourselves on our continuity of care, with 10 room leaders dedicated to leading their team in providing outstanding care, we are always seeking to go above and beyond in your child’s journey with us.

Ofsted state that a minimum of 50% of the workforce should hold a level 2 qualification in childcare, we have always exceeded this requirement and pride ourselves in the qualifications of our staff members.

31 of our Nursery Nurses are all Level 3/BTEC National Diploma or equivalent qualified, with 2 of these being qualified to Level 4 and a further 3 members holding a BA in Early Childhood Studies (Level 6). Our remaining staff members are all currently working towards their NVQ Level 3.
